We’ll discuss your goals, and talk about all the little things that make such a big difference in ensuring your custom home perfectly suits your needs and budget.
If you’re building on a difficult or sloping block, our team will come out to visit you on-site to get a feel for any challenges before we begin. We can then design and build a custom home around your particular block of land, to make the most of your site’s views, aspect, slope, and shape.
Once we fully understand your situation, our in-house designer then brings your custom home design to life with full 3D drawings of your design, which we provide to you along with a full building estimate.
