Building in the Brisbane City Council’s ‘Traditional Building Character Overlay’ (formerly the Demolition Control Precinct) calls for expert understanding and input.

GW Homes were tasked with designing and building this beautiful custom home in Bulimba, ensuring it would meet all relevant council regulations.

The GW Homes team created a design which took into account the tricky backwards-sloping site that featured just a 15 metre frontage – not your typical regular-shaped block!

Demolition of the existing small home was also handled by GW Homes, including all Council submissions and demolition approvals.

Inside, GW Homes created a modern and very stylish look that makes a real impact on visitors.
