Every custom home design presents a singular challenge. This Kangaroo Point site was surrounded by the Brisbane City Council’s ‘Traditional Building Character Overlay’ (previously the Demolition Control Precinct) – yet wasn’t actually a part of it.

Council advised our client that he would need to retain the older cottage at the front of the property. This challenge wasn’t a problem for us at GW Homes!

The finished product is an impressive design which meets all Council requirements, while still creating an impressive custom home which makes the most of the prime inner-city real estate.
