This stunning home in chic inner city Newstead was one of the most challenging custom builds GW Homes have ever undertaken.

Built over 3 and a half storeys on a block featuring 12 metres of fall, the 320 m2 home was built from the bottom of the block up to the street level at the top – presenting obvious challenges.

With very limited access, coordinating all trades for a seamless build called for a very capable coordinator. Fortunately, GW Homes could call on the services of our highly experienced Project Manager Jim Sharpe, who kept the build on track over its 9 month duration.

The end result is a gorgeous, low maintenance home that is perfectly customised to meet the needs of our clients’ desired lifestyle.
