Beautiful custom home concept

GW Homes were thrilled to be asked to design this stunning concept home, on a “once-in-a-century” block of land situated right at the end of Cleveland Point in Brisbane’s east.

Our client requested that we create a custom home concept that would make the most of this remarkable site.

Clearly, maximising the incredible 180 degree views – west to Waterloo Bay and the Port of Brisbane, north to Moreton Bay, and east all the way to Straddie – was paramount. Our designers also had to take into account the need to meet the stringent Redland City Council building guidelines for the area.

This was a dream block to design for – yet we couldn’t sacrifice the ‘liveability’ of the finished home by focusing solely on the aspect. With the busy Cleveland Point park just next door, our home concept had to offer privacy to the occupants while helping them enjoy the priceless views.

The end result is a stunning 2 storey custom home design that will give property valuers the true picture of the potential of this amazing site.
