During our detailed planning, GW Homes’ design team encouraged our clients to think about how they wanted to live every day. We then worked with the family to combine their ideas into a modern design for an impressive, yet practical home.

Thoughtful design work then ensured great ‘flow’ throughout the floor plans, for a functional and comfortable family home that made the most of our clients’ budget.

The end result was a beautifully designed house which won Home of the Year in its price category at the Queensland Master Builders Awards – a very satisfying outcome for our team.
