It’s not just our own custom home designs that GW Homes can build.

This is one of two Paddington custom homes architecturally drawn for a property development company, which would lease out the finished homes as an investment.

GW Homes successfully tendered against several other builders for the opportunity to construct the architectural plans.

Importantly, we built both homes with regard to the demographic of the people who’ll be most likely to want to live and rent in the area. This approach has ensured the homes are fully tenanted and our client’s goals have been met.
